Ivo Raudjärv is Counsel at ATTELA Law Firm, advising clients on complex tax, corporate and restructuring matters in cooperation with the firm’s attorneys-at-law.

He has more than 25 years of experience advising businesses, investors and management teams on transactions, corporate reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals, legal and tax due diligence, tax law and tax disputes.

Alongside his work on ATTELA matters, Ivo acts as an independent legal and tax adviser to a selected number of long-term clients and, where appropriate, serves in governance and trusted adviser roles, including as a supervisory board member, board member or authorised representative. This practical experience adds a broader commercial and management perspective to his work for ATTELA clients.
